I took a quick family trip to Yosemite a few weeks ago. We visited many of the Yosemite Valley icons, including Bridlevail and Yosemite Falls in the morning, spent some time at the museum in Yosemite Village, and picnicked near the Merced River for a late lunch. Afterwards, we drove an hour up to Glacier Point for the fantastic view (future post), and finished the day with this late afternoon vista as seen from the famous Tunnel View. This valley panorama showcases the icons El Capitan, Bridlevail falls, the Three Brothers, Cathedral Spires, and Half Dome. No matter how many times I see it, it still gives me the chills. What a masterpiece of nature!
